The website is easy to use. I like the fact that it displays pictures of the items. Deliveries have always been on time and very rarely do they not have an item I requested. I've never been given less than fresh fruit or veg (Something I know people new to internet grocery shopping worry about). The only downside is the delivery charge, which although not hugely expensive, does add to the cost of buying groceries

I find Tesco's site easy to use. Payment is easy and they were clear on delivery. Price was the best for my new gas cooker which is why I bought it there!
