How do I earn Points?
The most common way of earning points is as a 'rebate' on something you buy through one of our partner sites. We usually say you get, for example, 5% of your purchase value in points, so if you bought a TV worth £1000 you would receive £50 worth of points (5000).  This is rather like a 'loyalty card' except we typically pay higher amounts back and give you choice of hundreds of shops.

We also pay points for signing up to our partner sites or when you make your first order there.  Sometimes this may be, for example, when you take out a new credit card or renew your car insurance, we'll express the bounty as a fixed amount of points.  This is a great way of earning points very quickly.

Finally, we also set points for actions which you do at some retailer sites, such as comparing prices.  These points are usually quite small in amount but don't require you to commit to buying there and then.

Will I pay more for my goods by using Loyalty Shopper?
Absolutely not!  Indeed the reverse will often be true since our close relationships with our partner sites mean we sometimes get special offers for our members.

How do I find out what points I have earned?

We will upload your online statement around Wednesday of each week, this details all your transactions up to the date of the previous weekend.

Logged in members can view their statement via the home page.

You will be informed in your statement of the points 'awarded' that are available to withdraw as well as those which are still 'pending' (ie the transaction has been tracked but the retailer has not yet paid us).

Where do I find my statement?

You need to be logged in and then you can view your statement via the link on the right of the home page.

Why can't I see my online statement?

All statements can be viewed online.  These are uploaded around Wednesday of each week and include points for the week up to the previous Sunday.

Please make sure you are logged in and then go to the home page where you will see a link to view your online statement top right.

You will be informed in this statement of the points 'awarded' that are available to withdraw as well as those which are still 'pending' (ie the transaction has been tracked but the retailer has not yet paid us).

If you are unable to view your statement please let us know via the Contact Us form in the footer.

Why does my statement not show any transactions yet?

This is because you are a new member or you have no recorded transactions as yet.

Statements are compiled weekly to include transactions up to Sunday and uploaded the following Wednesday.

Why does Quick Stats show my points as 0?

This is because you are a new member or you have no recorded transactions as yet.
