It was very easy to order online. However, when deciding where to buy from I had taken into account the free delivery offered by Currys - most other sites charge around £20. I was then very disappointed to find that Currys would not deliver the dryer, it was only available to reserve and collect at store. For me, this meant enlisting help.
The sales assistant really annoyed when I arrived with my reservation code and he told me they might not have the item because their stock control is not that good. Fortunately he was wrong but if he was my employee I would not be at all happy!

You do hear some bad things about Currys but my experience was just first class
Good customer suppoort and also prompt deliver and helpful delivery staff
