I was with AOl for calls for a year or so but have moved, via AOL, to Talk Talk. The site was easy to navigate and the option offered were very clear. 
I have no complaints so far but will be keeping a close eye on this as I am aware that not everybody is satisfied.

I agree with previous review-customer support is useless & the company is continually calling you to try & get you to upgrade.Wouldn't recommend

The company offer what appear to be good prices and are very helpful if you are looking to sign up however, once signed up, their customer service and support are shocking at best and pretty much non-existant at worst. If everything runs perfectly and you have no need of any support then possibly consider talktalk. If you aren't 100% confident with technical stuff - don't touch them with a barge pole.
