Opodo is owned by leading travel technology company Amadeus and by nine of Europe's leading airlines - Aer Lingus, Air France, Alitalia, Austrian Airlines, British Airways, Finnair, Iberia, KLM and Lufthansa.  Based in London, the UK site launched in January 2002 and has already established itself as a leading provider of online travel.
