HMV is a first class site with a very wide range of goods. The site is clearly set out and intuitive. However, here's the rub. Quite often ordered goods can end up being cancelled and requiring special purchase. 
Other than that - well recommended (but look at similar ones before purchase).

I've had a couple of problems with HMV orders not going through before without me calling them to query the status of my order. However whenever I have called or emailed their customer services, they have been very helpful & solved the issue. They also have the odd gem -- their weekly 'best buys' are often cheaper than anywhere else, so for this reason they get a thumbs up from me.

HMV are a excellent choice for your Albums, Singles, DVD's, Games and Gadgets. They offer competitive prices throughout the year and have excellent customer service. Also worth noting is the free delivery service offered. So even if you only spend £2.99 you get it sent to you for free. Well worth a look

The prices on Sale items are particularly good, and lower than the reatil shops eg Firefly (4 series dvd) online sale £13.99, instore £17.99
