If you are thinking of joining weight Watchers I can recommend the monthly plan. I used it and found the on-line points tracker and recipes a real help. You can also put in your own recipes and their recipe builder will calculate the points for you...easier than doing it yourself.They have a weight record, put your weight in after each meeting and see your weight come down on the graph. There are friendly forums as well to help you with advice and keep you motivated. If you can get to a meeting as well you have double the support. I couldn\'t have lost my 65lbs without either....good luck.
