Good comprehensive site and as honest as you'd expected from good old M&S,the selection of wines in particular is to die for and the tasting notes are a great guide

What can you say about M&S. Everybody knows them, they are reliable and trustworthy. Delivery is good generally. If you have a problem it will normally be dealt with properly.

I've used the site quite a lot and am generally happy with it. Quality is assured and though pricier than some stores it is worth it.You can return to store, which is a big bonus and there is usually a free delivery promotion as well as others. 
One thing to note was the length of time on delivery of Xmas cards. Although they came about a week before I will order in November next year

Everyone knows and has complete confidence in Marks and Spencer. More often than not you can get free delivery if you spend over about £5. Delivery was speedy and you can return goods to store if they are unsuitable.
