I find O2 the most reliable line provider. It is especially excellent abroad, and I like the fact that from certain countries you can call the UK without using the international code. I thoroughly recommend it.

I booked a hotel for 5 nights for my USA trip through Expedia. Their rate was slightly cheaper than the hotel's cheapest online rate and I was very happy with the service. The process was easy and hassle free.

The only minor problem occurred when I got back from holiday. I kept getting emails from them asking me to leave a feedback on their site if I liked, everyday for about a week, although I left it after their first email.

It was apparently just a mistake and a minor issue but at one point I thought maybe they were junk emails after my personal information? - but when I contacted the customer service it immediately stopped. I will be using their service again.

Boots is probably my most favourite chemist, I like their products because they really work and the prices are reasonable. My most favourite is their corn removing plasters which actually removed my foot corn! I also recommend their Aqueous cream - they use gentler preservatives and is excellent for dry skin.

I have recently ordered a bouquet to send to a colleague who had been ill for sometime. It was my first to time to use M & S online but the items were very well displayed and it was very easy to choose the one I wanted - wish they had more selection in my price range though. It was nice that you could add messages too. I immediately received a confirmation email and the bouquet was delivered on time as planned. I think I will be shopping online with it more in the future.

I have bought a TV and a telephone from Curry's and am happy with both the prices and products. They have a huge product range so if I want something good but within a limited budget, this is the place I normally find what I want. The customer service is excellent - all the staff I have come across were very knowledgeable of their products and were very nice and pleasant. I recommend Curry's to anyone.

Dorothy Perkins to me is one of the best high street brands. Their materials are of good quality so their products last for ages. Also, their designs are not extreme - not too trendy, not too conservative - so they do not look out of date quickly but make you look reasonably "current". I am sure I will keep buying their products for many years to come!

It cannot be beaten for the price and variety. It seems that I always find something I could not find anywhere else with unbelievable price offers including Buy Now option. But sometimes the product may be slightly different from the description, they might not last long, or you might come across sellers who might get rude if you say that the item condition was different from the description etc, etc. I know eBay has done a lot to reduce these things to occur but there have been times that I felt I wasted my time and money. I would still shop on eBay but it will always be my second choice.

I used the online shopping a few times but I stopped using it when the delivery did not arrive on a Friday night. I phoned them and they said they would come back which did not happen. So I phone them again one hour later and they said the driver did not turn up so the delivery had been cancelled. And that was it. I thought it was very unprofessional that they did not notify it to the customer in the first place and did not make apologies or show goodwill gestures.

As for their product I think they have a decent range and their Taste The Difference brand and organic brand are a very good value for money. I also liked the self checkout service they started recently.

I purchased a notebook online and chose the option to collect it from the store. Their price was unbeatable and I am happy with the product. Later I contacted the customer service centre as I wanted to know how to recharge the battery. I was soon connected to one of the customer service representatives and he was very helpful and friendly.
