Unfortunately the title about sums up my experiences. 
 
Nearly anything can be gotten for cheaper online - and I'd not just talking the few pennies or pounds you expect due to overheads, often there are signigicant amounts different. 
 
The store employees appear to have no training in cameras and the person I spoke to struggled to work the cameras properly. 
 
The website is however easy to use, however I've never ordered due to the pricing issue. Rated at 4 on delivery based soley on cost. 
 
Not a great experience.

I've ordered off boots a few times and bought instore a lot more. Their prices on some things are higher than elsewhere, but they often have good offers on, and the advantage card points add up quite well. 
 
The service has always been excellent, delivery fast and I've not had any problems. 
 
The site at times can be a bit tricky to navigate, especially if looking at premium beauty makes, but the rest of it works ok. 
 
Will be using again!
